This role involves providing essential 1st-level IT support, primarily during night shifts and on weekends, for a leading global engineering and IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and resolving IT issues and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Key duties include initial fault analysis, independent resolution of common problems, and escalating complex issues to specialized departments. The position also involves supporting the installation and configuration of IT workstations, managing standard applications and hardware, and meticulously documenting all incidents and solutions.
