Job Summary

As the Group Lead for the Power Grid division at Stadtwerke Oerlinghausen, you will play a pivotal role in driving the local energy transition. You will be responsible for the planning, operation, and maintenance of power grids ranging from 1 kV to 30 kV, as well as the city's street lighting systems. A major focus of the role is the digital transformation of the grid, including the implementation of Smart Grids, intelligent metering systems, and controllable consumer devices. You will lead a dedicated team of five employees, fostering a goal-oriented and collaborative environment. Beyond technical management, you will handle investment planning, oversee external service providers, and contribute to cross-sector projects involving renewable energy and large-scale heat pumps. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who wants to combine technical expertise in electrical engineering with strategic management to ensure a sustainable and efficient energy future for the region.
