As the Head of Network Operations at the Wuhlheide site, you will lead and manage 8 teams consisting of approximately 70 employees for Germany's largest water and wastewater company. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of water supply systems and facilities within the Wuhlheide service area. This includes overseeing house connection processes, managing properties, and ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety, waste law, hygiene regulations, and environmental standards. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing work processes to enhance public perception and customer satisfaction regarding time, cost, and resource efficiency. Required Skills

Education
