Job Summary
In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical software solutions and client success, specifically focusing on the TRICAD MS 3D CAD software for building services and plant engineering. Your daily activities will involve implementing and configuring software within customer environments, creating standardized planning structures, and conducting user training sessions. You will consult with clients to optimize their workflows and ensure they are utilizing the software's full functional potential. This position is ideal for those who enjoy knowledge transfer and solution design. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical consulting or software training
- Experience in building services engineering (TGA) or plant planning
- Practical experience with MicroStation or Revit is highly desirable
- Experience in creating and adapting standardized planning structures
- Proven track record in customer-oriented solution design
