Job Summary
As a Senior Data Platform Engineer at SKOPOS GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in building 'Agora,' a centralized insights and data platform designed to consolidate fragmented market research data. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining the central data warehouse/lakehouse, creating data models for research projects, and collaborating with data engineers to build scalable pipelines. You will also work closely with Data Science and AI teams to enable automated reporting and AI-driven insights. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience working with databases and data warehouses
- Proven experience in data modeling for complex datasets
- Professional experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
- Experience in optimizing data structures for analytics and BI environments
- Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams on scalable architectures
