Job Summary
As a Business Central Manager, you will lead the digital transformation of production and inventory management by establishing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the core steering system. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing end-to-end processes, identifying optimization potential, and designing a seamless system architecture between the ERP and adjacent solutions like logistics, CRM, and PIM. You will be responsible for data integrity, interface orchestration (EDI, APIs), and translating business requirements into robust system concepts. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an ERP environment, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven experience in process management and leading system change or implementation projects
- Experience in connecting systems using EDI, IDox, and APIs without requiring programming skills
- Experience in inventory processes and data quality management is highly preferred
- Professional experience in analyzing and optimizing end-to-end business processes

Additional
- Willingness to travel to the plant in Kabelsketal and work on-site at the headquarters in Munich is required.
