As an SAP HCM / H4S4 Inhouse Consultant at Schöck in Baden-Baden, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Human Resources and IT. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering the roadmap for SAP HCM modules, consulting with the HR department to gather requirements, and prioritizing backlogs and releases. You will develop technical concepts encompassing design, customizing, testing, migration, and automation. Furthermore, you will implement and refine SAP FIORI apps, ensuring system performance and robust support models.
