Job Summary
As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will take on a central role in the procurement of construction-related services for complex infrastructure projects. Your daily responsibilities include managing the entire award process at both national and EU levels, steering complex procurement operations, and overseeing contract and supplement management throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead contract negotiations, conduct market analyses for supplier management, and develop strategic commodity group plans. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys high-level responsibility and wants to ensure compliance and process quality while supporting project teams. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field; alternatively, a qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman with a commercial focus, ideally supplemented by further training in procurement.

- Relevant professional experience in the procurement of construction-related services
- Proven track record in contract drafting and leading contract negotiations
