Job Summary

This role involves managing demanding construction projects for state and federal properties within the North-West region of Lower Saxony. As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead or contribute to new construction, renovations, and extensions, as well as handle ongoing building maintenance. Your daily responsibilities include steering freelance architectural and engineering firms, providing expert technical advice, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning and tendering to construction management and final accounting (HOAI phases 1-9). Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in HOAI service phases 1-9 (desirable for university graduates)
  • Extensive long-term professional experience in HOAI service phases 1-9 (mandatory for state-certified technicians)
  • Experience in managing and coordinating external engineering and architectural firms
  • Experience in budget management and quality control for construction projects
