This role is based in Penzberg within a leading international research environment, focusing on the development of active diagnostic reagents. As a specialist, you will independently conceptualize, plan, and execute highly complex preparative organic syntheses, including total syntheses, while adhering to strict quality and timeline requirements. A significant portion of the work involves the chemical modification of particle surfaces to achieve specific functionalities, followed by physical and chemical characterization. You will actively collaborate in global cross-functional project teams to solve complex scientific questions and manage changes within established change-control tools.
