Job Summary
As a Project Lead within Deutsche Bank's Private Bank transformation division, you will spearhead the global evolution of customer and service processes. Your daily responsibilities involve leading sub-projects focused on front-to-back process optimization, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, 'agentic banking', and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). You will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, digital sales channels, and legal departments to identify digital levers that improve customer self-services and increase Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business requirements and IT delivery, creating agile implementation plans and reporting directly to senior management. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience

- Professional experience in the digitalization of customer and business processes
- Professional experience in the financial sector, specifically Retail or Wealth Management
- Experience in deploying AI applications within a business context
- Experience with C-level management accounting and senior stakeholder communication
- Previous experience in management consulting is preferred
