Job Summary

This role involves the end-to-end planning, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructures and IT security solutions for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial consulting and conceptual design to final system documentation. On a day-to-day basis, you will provide high-level Third-Level Support, assist junior support tiers, and occasionally travel to client sites for on-site implementations. A unique aspect of this position is the 'OSS-First' mentality, offering a Microsoft-free work environment focused on Open Source Software. You will also have the opportunity to join specialized teams focusing on advanced topics like Containerization, Identity Providers, or Cloud technologies.
