Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position based in the Eppstein, Kelkheim, and Bremthal regions involves the independent development and optimization of new chemical formulations tailored to specific customer requirements. As a Chemist, you will be responsible for maintaining existing products to ensure economic efficiency and practical applicability. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting application tests, performing quality control on paint samples, and providing technical advice on application-related issues. You will also collaborate on cross-departmental projects, support product launches at customer sites, and document experimental results. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree as a Chemist, Chemical Laboratory Technician, or Coatings Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in the analysis and testing of paints and coatings in a laboratory setting
- Several years of professional experience in the field of paints and coatings is preferred
- Experience in developing and optimizing chemical formulations according to customer specifications
