Job Summary

As an Offshore Interface Engineer, you will play a critical role in the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of all electrical and mechanical interfaces between offshore HVDC stations and AC/DC cable systems. Your daily responsibilities include identifying and documenting technical interfaces and their associated risks across the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining an interface matrix and register to clarify responsibilities and track progress. This role requires a high level of leadership, as you will organize and moderate internal and external interface meetings involving general contractors and offshore wind farm stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in large-scale projects within the energy or offshore sectors
  • Proven experience in managing electrical and mechanical interfaces and system integration
  • Experience in creating and maintaining interface matrices and technical registers
  • Professional background in leading and moderating technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders
