Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that technical issues are resolved in a structured, rapid, and sustainable manner. Your daily responsibilities include managing First- and Second-Level support tickets, prioritizing incoming requests, and coordinating field service assignments. You will play a key role in documenting systems and solutions while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with Third-Level support when necessary. What makes this role unique is the company's 'Open Source Software (OSS) First' mentality and a Microsoft-free working environment. The position is highly flexible, offering 30 days of vacation plus 30 days of workation, hybrid work options with no fixed presence times, and a company car for private use or a transit ticket.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Digital Networking; or a degree in (Business/Applied) Computer Science; or a comparable qualification (career changers with relevant experience are welcome).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support
  • Practical experience with at least one of the following: Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, Sophos, Aruba, UniFi, Microsoft 365, or Odoo
  • Experience in independent and structured task prioritization
  • Experience in documenting technical systems and solutions

Additional

  • Driving license class B required. Desirable qualifications include manufacturer-specific certifications and knowledge of ISO 27001 or NIS-2 standards.
