Job Summary

This high-level role within the Ministry of Justice and Digitalization of Brandenburg involves leading the digital transformation of the judicial system. As a Project Management and Digitalization Officer, you will be responsible for representing the department to central IT service providers, steering the implementation of electronic legal communication (ERV), and managing the rollout of the 'Common Specialized Procedure' (GeFa) across courts and public prosecutors' offices. You will also provide legal guidance for AI projects and participate in federal-state commissions to set IT standards. Required Skills

Education

Second State Examination in Law (Zweites juristisches Staatsexamen) with a minimum grade of 'volbefriedigend' (satisfactory/good), qualifying for the higher general administrative service.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience within the judiciary and administration sectors
  • Proven experience in digitalization processes, specifically regarding the introduction of electronic files (E-Akte)
  • Advanced experience in project management
  • Experience in leadership or personnel management
  • Experience in legal oversight or coordination with IT service providers

Additional
