Job Summary

This role involves delivering high-quality training, courses, and workshops in the field of electrical engineering and energy supply technology. Based in Dresden but operating nationwide, the lecturer will be responsible for educating professionals on critical technical standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day activities include preparing and conducting seminars on topics such as VDE standards, electrical plant operation, and live working (AuS). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in areas like switchgear authorization up to 36 kV, electrical safety, and fire protection. This position is particularly attractive for experienced engineers or master craftsmen who enjoy knowledge transfer and wish to work in a successful, small-team environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a university degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional and practical experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Previous experience in the seminar or vocational training sector is preferred
  • Proven experience in the construction and maintenance of electrical systems
  • Experience working with high-voltage systems and switching operations
