Job Summary
The Zumdieck Group, a leading global provider of frozen and canned fruits and vegetables, is seeking a Quality Management and Quality Assurance professional to join their team in Paderborn. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product specifications, organizing quality-relevant documentation for customers and suppliers, and optimizing the existing Quality Management system. Your daily tasks will include conducting product inspections and processing customer complaints. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in a scientific field such as Laboratory Science, Biology, Food Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the food industry, ideally with frozen fruit and vegetable products
- Experience in creating and maintaining quality-relevant documentation and product specifications
- Practical experience in conducting goods inspections and handling customer complaints
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and HACCP concepts
