Job Summary

As an In-house IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT-related inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software issues, both on-site and via remote maintenance. You will be responsible for managing employee accounts and permissions, documenting user requests in a ticketing system, and handling the physical setup and installation of IT equipment and operating systems. Beyond troubleshooting, you will collaborate on planning new IT projects and assist in optimizing internal processes. This role is ideal for proactive individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy learning about new technologies. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, a university degree in IT, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Experience within a manufacturing or production company environment is preferred
  • Proven experience with Microsoft standard versions, Azure, and SharePoint
  • Experience in hardware setup, software installation, and operating system maintenance
  • Experience in documenting technical issues and managing permissions
