This role offers a dynamic split between field and office work within the Office for Real Estate Cadastre and Geoinformation for the Rheinisch-Bergisch district. In the field, you will conduct sovereign cadastre surveys, topographic recordings for official maps, and engineering surveys. In the office, your responsibilities include quality control of cadastral data, implementing legal regulations, and providing technical advice to citizens. You will also support local municipalities and tourism organizations with spatial data and GIS services. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical precision and public service. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Surveying/Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Geoinformation, or Geodata Management. Must have or be willing to acquire eligibility for the 'Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt' of the surveying service.
Experience
- Professional experience in cadastre surveying, geoinformation, or geodata management is advantageous.
- Entry-level candidates are explicitly encouraged to apply.
