As a Project Accountant for New Construction in Berlin, you will be responsible for the financial integrity of large-scale building projects. Your day-to-day activities involve auditing invoices according to German tax law (§14 UstG), managing accounts payable, and overseeing payment transactions specifically for new construction developments. You will act as a key point of contact for internal departments regarding invoice processing and play a vital role in optimizing accounting workflows. Additionally, you will manage prepayment and warranty bonds. - Experience working with SAP FI and MS Office products
