Job Summary
As a Senior HR IT & Digital Transformation Specialist at DRV Bund in Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of human resources through technology. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or University Diploma in Human Resources, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Administrative Science, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the introduction and application of HR software solutions, preferably within large organizations
- Proven experience in participating in or leading HR and/or IT projects
- Demonstrated experience in managing change processes and motivating teams
- Experience in developing technical concepts and monitoring instruments for IT products
- Experience in public speaking or representing an organization in professional committees
