Job Summary
As a Structural Design Engineer in Munich, you will lead the planning and design of diverse building and civil engineering projects across phases 1-6 and 8 of the HOAI. Your daily responsibilities include creating structural calculations, cost estimates, and schedules, as well as providing on-site technical supervision and reinforcement inspections. You will play a key role in project management by coordinating with internal and external specialist planners, often utilizing BIM methodologies. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering (KIB) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning, protection, and maintenance of concrete structures is preferred
- Experience in creating structural calculations, reports, and planning documents
- Experience in project management support including resource and deadline planning
- Experience in on-site engineering inspections and reinforcement approvals
