Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer at AIRBUS, you will play a critical role in the analysis and derivation of system and design requirements for advanced Avionics and Electronic Warfare systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve defining requirements for ground support systems, creating technical specifications, and supporting the integration, testing, and qualification of RIG/Lab systems. You will also develop prototypes for sensor functions and image processing algorithms while conducting performance analyses. This role is highly collaborative, requiring coordination with international partners and occasional travel. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Systems Engineer, specifically within the IV&V phase
  • Practical experience in integration testing at the Rig/Lab level
  • Experience with Avionics or Electronic Warfare systems (e.g., Eurofighter, NH90, Tornado, or Drone systems) is highly preferred
  • Experience in creating technical specifications and maintenance documentation
