Job Summary

As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be the primary expert responsible for resolving the most complex IT challenges and developing sustainable technical solutions. Your day-to-day activities involve managing the operation of central applications such as Document Management Systems (DMS), HR systems, and portal solutions. You will perform deep-dive error analyses, troubleshoot critical disruptions, and monitor application stability. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing functional and security patches, creating technical concepts, and maintaining system documentation. A key part of the role involves coordinating with external service providers and collaborating with internal business units to further develop application services. Required Skills

Education
