Job Summary
The City of Willebadessen is seeking a dedicated IT professional for a part-time (30 hours/week) role within their Internal Services/IT department. This position involves the comprehensive maintenance and administration of the city's client IT infrastructure across multiple platforms including Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. You will be responsible for server operations, network infrastructure management, and providing technical support and advice to users. Beyond routine maintenance, you will play a key role in the digitalization of administrative processes and the procurement of hardware and media technology. This role is ideal for a versatile technician who enjoys a mix of hardware-oriented tasks and software administration. The position offers the stability of the public service sector (TVöD), including health management and pension benefits, while providing a varied environment where you can actively contribute to the city's digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronic Technician, or a comparable IT qualification/degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or a comparable technical field
- Solid experience in administering diverse operating systems and server environments
- Practical experience in network infrastructure management including routing and switching
- Experience in user support and technical consulting
- Experience in process digitalization and media technology is preferred
