Job Summary

As a Network Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network components for a company providing Enterprise, Carrier, and Data Center Network solutions across Germany. Your daily tasks will involve providing Second Level Support, collaborating with Technical Assistance Centers, participating in migration projects, and handling 1st and 2nd level support and troubleshooting via remote access, phone, or on-site. You will also maintain documentation in a ticketing system, manage various tasks related to network products, and be part of a regular on-call rotation. This role requires a strong background in IT, practical experience with routing and switching, and comprehensive knowledge of various network technologies and vendor products.
