Job Summary

In this role, you will join an international mechanical and plant engineering firm in Radebeul, focusing on the technical administration of spare parts. Your daily responsibilities include processing customer inquiries and orders, verifying technical requirements, and checking component availability. You will communicate with international clients via phone and email to provide quotes for spare parts, consumables, and machine conversions. A key part of the job involves managing bills of materials (BOM), assigning part numbers, and creating recommended wear-and-tear part lists. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys a mix of technical analysis and customer service. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a similar technical field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical or commercial-technical field
  • Professional experience in mechatronics, electronics, or a similar technical area
  • Experience in handling technical documentation and bills of materials
  • Experience in an international business environment is preferred
