Deputy Head of Mechanical Maintenance | Stellv. Leitung mechanische Instandhaltung (m/w/d)
Heinrich Meier Eisengießerei GmbH & Co. KG
Job Summary
In this pivotal role at a leading European drainage technology company, you will bridge the gap between operational maintenance and strategic optimization for a foundry environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying maintenance needs, creating detailed schedules and technical documentation (using FWin), and coordinating resource allocation for repairs. Beyond routine upkeep, you will actively drive the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) by analyzing mechanical weak points and implementing Lean methodologies like 5-Why or Ishikawa to identify root causes. You will also support investment projects from a mechanical perspective and standardize workflows through checklists and best-practice standards. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who wants to move beyond simple repairs to actively shaping production processes and ensuring high plant availability within a collaborative, flat-hierarchy environment.
