As a Sub-Project Manager for Electrical Systems at Siemens Energy, you will oversee complex conventional and nuclear power plant projects. Your daily responsibilities include the technical leadership of a global, intercultural engineering team, managing the entire engineering process from conceptual design to technical documentation. You will act as a primary point of contact for international clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring that all electrical components—ranging from high to low voltage—are integrated seamlessly into the project scope. Required Skills

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Many years of professional experience in technical project management for large-scale solutions business, specifically in power generation, transmission, or distribution.
  • Proven experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) market during both bidding and execution phases.
  • Experience leading global, intercultural teams and cooperating with international consortium partners and suppliers.
  • Initial experience in the planning or qualification of nuclear facilities and familiarity with nuclear regulatory frameworks.
