Job Summary

As an IT Service Management Specialist based in Frickingen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, handling both First- and Second-Level support for Windows clients and Microsoft 365 environments. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, documenting tickets, and managing the onboarding process for new employees by configuring devices and permissions. A significant part of this role involves modernizing the workplace environment through automation and standardization using tools like Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in fault analysis, troubleshooting, and ticket system documentation
