As a Working Student in Power BI & Sales Performance Analytics, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve building, maintaining, and refining Power BI dashboards focused on sales performance, lead management, and KPI tracking. You will manage data integration from various sources, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, marketing platforms, and regional spreadsheets, while striving to automate manual reporting processes. This role is ideal for students who enjoy solving real-world business problems through data modeling and visualization. The position offers significant flexibility with remote work options (up to 6 days per month) and adjustable working hours to accommodate your university schedule. Required Skills
Education
Currently enrolled student in Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with an analytics focus, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Practical experience in Power BI, specifically regarding data models and visualization
- Experience in structured data preparation and Excel-based analysis
- Initial experience with relational data or CRM structures is advantageous
- Professional experience working independently on complex analytical problems
