This role involves the end-to-end development and implementation of PLC software and visualizations for complex industrial systems in Dörpen. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating tailored software solutions, overseeing the commissioning process from initial coding to final setup, and continuously optimizing existing systems. A significant portion of the role includes providing technical support and troubleshooting via remote maintenance or on-site visits. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Mechatronics or Electronics, ideally supplemented by further qualification as a Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a University Degree.

Experience

  • Professional experience in PLC software development and visualization
  • Experience in commissioning complex industrial plants and systems
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting and diagnostic support via remote maintenance or on-site
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols and frequency converters
  • Familiarity with electrical documentation and Eplan P8 is preferred

  • Willingness to perform on-site commissioning and support; experience with Siemens TIA Portal versions V15.1 and V19 is specifically required.
