This role involves the comprehensive administration and technical management of the ERP and HR information systems at Chemnitz University of Technology. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of systems such as HIS-SVA and HIS-RKA, managing user permissions, master data, and error analysis. Key tasks include the development of custom reports, programming user-specific applications, and managing personnel cost budgeting processes. You will also play a lead role in developing interfaces to external data sources and managing the university's HR-related web presence. This position is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys a mix of system administration, SQL querying, and process optimization within a public service environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Fachhochschule, or Berufsakademie) in Digital Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with equivalent experience.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant IT field
  • Experience in administration and configuration of IT systems
  • Practical experience in HR management systems or personnel cost administration is preferred
  • Experience with SQL queries and data preparation
  • Experience in developing and creating regular and individual reports
