Job Summary
This role involves supporting and expanding regional networks for stroke survivors and their families, with a focus on medical supply stores, self-help groups, and volunteer stroke assistants. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the conceptual and creative development of aftercare projects, creating service offerings for regional partners, and representing the German Stroke Foundation at external events, trade fairs, and training sessions. You will act as a key communicator between internal results and regional activities, ensuring high-quality support for those affected by strokes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare and social impact, offering the chance to work within a dedicated non-profit foundation. The role is initially limited to a two-year contract and offers a collaborative environment where you can actively shape the future of stroke aftercare in Germany.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree and/or vocational training in the healthcare sector.
Experience
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector
- Practical experience working directly with patients, stroke survivors, and their families
- Experience in project management and organizational tasks
- Proven experience in networking and professional representation
- Experience in volunteer management is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of stroke care systems is desirable
