Job Summary

This role involves the strategic coordination and scheduling of service technicians for maintenance and repair work within a long-standing family business specializing in fire protection systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as a central point of contact, communicating with customers to confirm appointments, providing second-level technical support, and preparing quotes for repairs and spare parts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the customer database and coordinating external service providers. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
