As the Site Manager for the Health & Diagnostics SouthWest Medical Center (MVZ), you will take on cross-site operational and organizational responsibility for four specialized facilities across Heidelberg and Mannheim. This role focuses on managing pathology, gynecology, and dermatology units, acting as the critical link between the holding company, executive management, and medical leadership. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring efficient workflows, driving digitalization projects, and overseeing economic development.
