As a Technical and Communication Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end training lifecycle within a dynamic contact center environment, specifically focusing on the telecommunications sector. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting specialized subject-matter and communication training, assessing participant progress, and providing hands-on support to new employees during their practical onboarding phase. A significant portion of the role focuses on outbound sales coaching to enhance the performance and motivation of customer advisors. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure client quality standards are met and to continuously optimize training materials.
