As a Junior M365 Support Engineer, you will join the Infrastructure department's 'Workplace' group to manage and support Microsoft 365 services, specifically MS Outlook, Teams, and Intune. Your day-to-day involves monitoring production operations, analyzing technical disruptions, and coordinating with external service providers for incident resolution. You will play a key role in evaluating the impact of new M365 updates and AI requirements on the existing infrastructure while collaborating with other public broadcasting agencies on cross-organizational projects.
