As a Junior M365 Support Engineer, you will join the Infrastructure department's 'Workplace' group to manage and support Microsoft 365 services, specifically MS Outlook, Teams, and Intune. You will play a key role in evaluating the impact of new M365 updates and AI requirements on the existing infrastructure while collaborating with other public broadcasting agencies on cross-organizational projects.
