Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) and Building Automation at the Leipzig branch, you will take on both technical and disciplinary responsibility for your department. Your day-to-day activities involve serving as the primary point of contact for industrial and public sector clients, ensuring the qualitative and quantitative success of large-scale projects. You will oversee technical execution, maintain strict cost and schedule controls, and coordinate team tasks while working closely with construction and project management. A significant part of the role includes evaluating subcontractor performance and identifying potential contract amendments.
