Job Summary
This role is central to modernizing the administration of the Leer District, focusing on the development and implementation of digital service offerings for both citizens and internal staff. As a member of the Digitalization and Organization department, you will manage the introduction of digital citizen services, including the creation of online applications and the maintenance of service portals. Your day-to-day will involve change management, organizing workshops and training sessions, and providing first-level support for document management systems. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys driving organizational change and possesses a strong technical understanding of digitalization components. The role offers stability through the TVöD public service contract, flexible working hours with mobile work options, and a comprehensive health management program, all within a family-friendly organizational culture near the North Sea coast.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Business Administration, or Public Management (Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt) or completion of the 'Angestelltenprüfung II' (Advanced Administrative Qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or administrative digitalization
- Experience in creating digital applications and managing online service portals
- Experience in planning and conducting information events or training workshops
- Experience in supporting project management and process optimization
- Experience in technical support or workflow management within a professional environment
