Job Summary
As the Technical Director for BSH-Energie, a subsidiary of the innovative energy solutions provider SENEC, you will take on a pivotal leadership role in Bad Königshofen. Your primary focus will be the disciplinary and technical management of the technical department, where you will drive personnel development and resource planning. You will be responsible for achieving operational targets regarding volume, quality, and cost-effectiveness through continuous target-performance analysis. Day-to-day, you will optimize internal processes, coordinate between specialist departments, and manage external installation capacities and subcontractors. Reporting directly to the executive management, you will play a key role in the strategic development of the company. This position is ideal for a leader passionate about renewable energy and sustainability who enjoys a mix of operational steering and high-level strategic planning within a supportive, forward-thinking corporate group.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification with a strong fundamental technical understanding.
Experience
- Several years of experience in disciplinary leadership and management of cross-functional teams
- Several years of experience in planning, controlling, and implementing technical projects
- Proven experience in budget responsibility for a comprehensive business area
- Professional experience in coordinating external service providers and subcontractors
- Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems for operational management
