Job Summary
As an ITSM Software Consultant at Luithle + Luithle, you will serve as a vital bridge between client needs and technical implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing IT Service Management challenges and implementing the 'Tesseron' software solution, which includes configuring ticket structures, workflows, SLAs, and reporting metrics. You will lead customer workshops, train key users, and optimize processes using low-code/no-code logic and REST-API integrations. Beyond implementation, you will provide pre-sales support through demos and ensure long-term customer success by evolving existing setups. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable vocational training/qualification.
Experience
- Initial practical experience in ITSM or ESM environments, such as service desks or ticket systems.
- Professional experience in analyzing customer requirements and developing technical solution concepts.
- Experience in planning and moderating workshops and creating training documentation.
- Experience with process automation and interface integration (e.g., SSO, Mail-to-Ticket).
