Job Summary
As the Facility Operations Manager for the Alexius/Josef Hospital in Neuss, you will lead the technical services department within a modern, growing healthcare environment. Your primary responsibility involves managing a dedicated team of seven employees while ensuring the operational safety and economic efficiency of all technical systems and building infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will plan and oversee construction and maintenance projects, coordinate external service providers, and provide technical consultancy to hospital leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a background in electrical engineering who enjoys coordinating complex technical processes across multiple trades. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

- Experience in personnel management and team leading
- Professional experience in building technology and multi-trade technical systems
- Experience in coordinating electrical, cooling, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems
- Experience in ensuring operational safety and regulatory compliance within a facility
