Job Summary
As an After Sales Engineer in the aviation sector, you will be the primary technical contact for international customers following product delivery. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing and diagnosing field failures, conducting root-cause analyses, and coordinating technical reports to drive product optimization. You will play a critical role in managing the entire product lifecycle by planning and executing product changes and engineering change processes. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will provide support for claims and repairs while delivering technical training to both internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys collaborative problem-solving across departments like R&D, Quality, and Production. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in technical customer support, after-sales, or service is desirable
- Experience with electromechanical systems, ideally within the aviation industry
- Experience or strong interest in change management, product maintenance, and engineering change processes
- Professional experience in conducting technical discussions and troubleshooting
