Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in knowledge transfer and explaining complex technical topics clearly
- Experience as a lecturer, trainer, or instructor is highly preferred
- Professional background in public administration (Social Office, Youth Office, or Job Center) is an advantage
- Experience in creating and designing educational or training materials
- Experience in customer service or consulting roles
