As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd-level support requests, managing tickets via phone and digital systems. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, monitoring IT systems for stability, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also manage IP telephone systems and collaborate closely with the central IT department in Stuttgart.
