Job Summary

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will balance technical excellence with people leadership within the Technology Consulting team. Your daily responsibilities involve guiding a team of engineers, supporting their professional development, and fostering a collaborative environment. On the technical side, you will consult clients on the design, conception, and deployment of software platforms across private and public cloud infrastructures. You will actively manage large-scale system landscapes using GitOps methodologies and automation tools to ensure stability and efficiency. This role is highly flexible, offering remote, hybrid, or office-based work options, alongside travel to client sites across Germany. It is an ideal position for a technical expert who enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on with modern containerization and cloud technologies.
