Job Summary
The City of Arnsberg is seeking a dedicated Energy Project Manager to lead the development and expansion of an energy management system for its municipal building portfolio of over 450 properties. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing metering concepts, selecting hardware and software solutions, and conducting energy consumption analyses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. You will work closely with engineers and technical building equipment (TGA) planners to derive technical and economic measures for sustainability. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology, Technical Building Equipment, or a comparable field; alternatively, a qualification as a certified Technician or Master Craftsman in these fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning and execution of energy or technical building equipment (TGA) projects
- Experience in creating planning and tender documents
- Experience in implementing hardware and software solutions for energy monitoring
- Proven track record in analytical and conceptual project work
