Job Summary
This is a high-responsibility leadership role at spider Elektro GmbH, a modern electrical installation firm in Berlin. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will bridge the gap between management and field operations, overseeing diverse projects in residential, commercial, and public sectors. Your daily activities will include technical project management, leading and organizing site teams, quality assurance, and coordinating with clients and property managers. Unlike a traditional desk job, this role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to assist with practical installations, such as house connections or system shutdowns, when necessary. The position is particularly attractive due to its significant compensation package (up to €10,000 per month plus 13th/14th-month salaries) and the unique long-term prospect of potential business succession/ownership for the right candidate.
Required Skills
Education
Completed further training/certification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) in Germany or an equivalent international qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or in a similar senior technical capacity
- Extensive practical experience in electrical installation and construction site management
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
- Demonstrated experience in technical clarification, quoting, and customer relations

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license is required. Must be willing to perform hands-on operational work on-site when needed. Role is based in Berlin with a permanent, full-time contract.
